Kristy is a self taught artist. She was called to stop working as a hairstylist in 2022 to focus on family and the home. This art journey started when Kristy was sketching her oldest son, Cloud, while he was doing school work. Then she moved onto the next child and ended up drawing their family, She then started watercolor, moved onto acrylic, and dabbled in some oil paint. She primarily works with acrylic but will occasionally use oil and watercolor. 

 

Kristy finds fulfillment painting in her home studio. She also enjoys painting live for events, fundraisers, and weddings. She accepts commission requests for canvas paintings and murals, as well as requests for fine prints and for her artwork to be on gift items, like greeting cards, mugs, and linens.
